2014 - AURA ILLUMINATION
What a fun experiment! Cymatics, Digital Art and Aura Illumination! I really loved inviting the visitors of the festival into my studio at Zu in Lewes this weekend to experience seeing their own Aura and opening up their senses to experiencing extended dimensions of perceptive awareness. From grandparents to small children, everyone was loving the light! Big thanks to my lovely tech assistant Justin Holloway.
"Yesterday was incredible… thousands of people rocked up (est.4-5k) and saw a spectacle which is beyond imagination… space after space filled with the work of passionate, inventive people… musicians from around the country traveling to support the cause… every corner a surprise… an industrial estate turned into a playground!!! HUGE thank you everyone for getting behind this idea, it took hundreds of people dedicated to pure community values to pull it off ''

Cymatics Art is magic!
can vibration be healing?
With a huge shiny circular wall and interacting resonant frequencies via smart-phone interaction, we illuminate the
When two resonant frequencies interact they create another or a third frequency. Based on the concept of binaural beating and harmony. My intention is to illuminate the energy of our bioelectromagnetic field by intercepting it with a projection of a very special type of cymatics geometry wherein the user may tune the sound hz frequency and colour using our specially developed APP to tune in with their own aura, illuminating it to the naked eye. Fuse the resonance.
Through the research and design of this film therapy sound and coloured light and form in motion produce holographic phenomena which is not only visible to the eye but also effect our electromagnetic body both physically, emotional and physically.
This year during a series of digital art installations Rachael and her team of technicians will test the
hypothesis using EEG, ECG and skin resistance testing.
